Not sure how it is hurting the industry, but, John Roberts the General Manager of Marketing could be one of the main problems.

Why do they still list over a dozen companies as clients that are no longer with them?

Looks to me like a sinking ship in denial.

Is he still with the company? Why is he trying to shut them down.
The word is, he is very powerful and has shut down some sportsbooks in the past - is this true.
I am also told he is not very liked in the industry?
Who is this guy? Can anyone tell me his name.

Truthteller has it nailed down correctly.

He's an VERY unhappy investor, that's been known to throw a temper tantrum before.

I don't think he's leased out the small mall he has down there, his IQL stock price is trashed and his pizzas always did suck.
